Author Troy Taylor has named the Lincoln Theatre one of the ten most haunted places in America. Once a leading stop on the vaudeville circuit before becoming a movie theater and later a live performance venue, the theater is said to be home to seven distinct ghosts, including a child who runs up and down the stairs, a woman who appears in the balcony, and a presence in the projection booth blamed for finishing tile work no one else touched. Visitors and staff report moving seats, objects shifting on their own, and footsteps in the auditorium, on stage, and in the basement.
Working theater showing films and live events. You can see it by buying tickets at the box office or online.
