Ogden Union Station, rebuilt in 1924 after a fire destroyed the earlier depot, was a major rail junction and now houses museums and galleries. Visit Utah and Visit Ogden tell of a woman, said to be a victim of the 1944 Bagley train wreck that killed dozens of people, whose faint whispers are heard on the second floor, along with unexplained footsteps and doors that close themselves.
Free to enter during regular hours; the station houses the Utah State Railroad Museum and other museums, so check their hours.
