Historic 25th Street was the rough-and-tumble heart of Ogden's railroad boom, nicknamed Two-Bit Street for its saloons, gambling halls and brothels, and it is now a restored district of shops, restaurants and galleries. Merchants say nearly every building has a resident ghost, and most describe them as mischievous rather than menacing: objects moved, unexplained noises and sometimes a figure seen, with stories also told about the tunnels beneath some buildings. Visit Ogden and Visit Utah promote the street's haunted history, and Story Tours runs ghost walks here.
Public street with shops and restaurants; the buildings are working businesses, so ask before entering. Ghost walks run through Story Tours.
