Parker Auditorium, designed by architect Jens Frederick Larson and completed in 1947, anchors the eastern end of Hanover College's historic quadrangle. It's named for Albert G. Parker, the college's 12th president, who served from 1929 until his death in 1958 and oversaw 22 new campus buildings during his tenure — more than doubling the student body along the way. Students and staff say Parker's ghost never left the auditorium he's named for, reporting unexplained sounds, voices, and objects that go missing.
Parker Auditorium has been remade into the college's Business and Entrepreneur Center. Campus visits are arranged through admissions.
