The Old Washoe Club in Virginia City opened in June 1875 as an exclusive club for the wealthy men of the Comstock, in a building that burned in that year's great fire and was rebuilt. It is now a saloon and haunted museum, and it was investigated by Ghost Adventures in its 2004 documentary and by Ghost Hunters. It has a famous spiral staircase and offers guided ghost tours seven days a week. Overnight lockdown investigations are also offered.
Saloon and museum on C Street with daily ghost tours of about 40 minutes and overnight investigations by booking.
