Old Faithful Inn in Yellowstone National Park, opened in 1904 and built of logs and stone beside the geyser, is a National Historic Landmark and one of the largest log structures in the world. Travel Wyoming lists it among the state's haunted places, with the legend of a headless bride who wanders the hotel looking for her lost husband. The story is lore, and it is not part of the Park Service's interpretation.
