Oak Grove Cemetery in Fall River is the burial place of the Borden family, including Andrew and Abby Borden and Lizzie, who was acquitted of their 1892 murders and is buried near the family plot. Visitors to the cemetery describe lights seen among the graves and a heavy, uneasy feeling near the Borden plot, and some report hearing cries there. It remains an active cemetery, and visitors are asked to be respectful.
An active cemetery open to visitors during the day. The Borden family plot is a popular stop for those following the case; please stay on the paths and be respectful.
