The Mount Baker Theatre in downtown Bellingham, opened in 1927, is a Spanish Moorish performing-arts palace with a clock tower. Its best-known ghost is Judy, a flirtatious woman said to watch over the theater, and staff and visitors have reported noises, sightings and gusts of cold air since the theater opened. Bellingham's downtown ghost tour stops here.
