The Moore Theatre, opened in 1907 in Seattle's Belltown and the city's oldest remaining theater, partly stands on land that was once the city's first cemetery. It was featured in a Ghost Hunters episode in 2007, where the team could not substantiate the claims, though staff have reported flickering lights, moving objects and shadowy figures and others say they have never seen anything.
