The Grant House on Officers Row, built in 1849 as one of the first army buildings in the Northwest, has been an Officers' Club, a library, a museum and a restaurant. Historian and ghost-tour guide Jeff Davis leads ghost tours and has written about its five resident ghosts. Staff have long heard the pacing footsteps of General Alfred Sully, who is also said to enjoy a cigar on the porch, and a well-dressed little boy is said to appear in the lobby. The accounts are staff lore.
Working restaurant and historic building on Officers Row; ghost tours run on set dates.
