Easton Castle in Aberdeen is a 22-room Victorian mansion on a 17-acre property that Dr. Sam Holman bought in 1967 to save it from demolition, and which the Easton Castle conservancy keeps open to the public. Travel South Dakota's list says the spirits of an original owner, the family housekeeper and a mystery phantom are reported there.
Opens for tours and events through the conservancy; check before visiting. The pin is approximate and marks the neighborhood.
