The General Stanton Inn in Charlestown, an 18th-century roadside inn on Old Post Road, was investigated by TAPS for Ghost Hunters in 2007 after reports of apparitions and voices. It reopened in 2022 after renovations as an inn and restaurant and offers tours and overnight stays.
