The Geiser Grand Hotel on Main Street in Baker City was built during the Oregon gold rush and was once considered the finest hotel between Salt Lake City and Portland. Travel Oregon lists it among the state's haunted places: guests and staff report eerie sounds and apparitions, among them a lady in blue and women who appear on the grand staircase and are said to be dancers and staff from the hotel's early years. It is a restored historic hotel that welcomes overnight guests and diners.
Working hotel with a restaurant and bar; open for overnight stays, dining and a look at the lobby and stained-glass dome.
