The Cramer-Kenyon Heritage Home in Yankton's riverfront historic district was built in 1886, with an Eastlake Stick Style exterior and a Queen Anne interior, and is now a house museum. Yankton's annual Haunted History Tours, run by the Mead Museum, have visited it, and its live-in curator has reported odd activity; the museum's own page does not promote ghost stories, so these are local tellings.
House museum open for guided tours Wednesday through Sunday afternoons from Memorial Day through Labor Day, and by reservation in the off-season.
