A Knox College student group once brought cameras and surveillance equipment to the cemetery beside South Henderson Church in Gladstone and came away with what they described as an overwhelming number of unexplained orbs in their footage — enough that some in the group concluded the cemetery was some kind of gateway to another realm.
Historic 1854 church and the old cemetery east of Gladstone, separated by an unpaved road. Visit the cemetery during daylight and treat the graves with respect; the church building is generally closed.
