Sautee, Georgia

Built in 1876 by John Martin, founder of the still-operating Nora Mill Granary, this building later passed to the Hardman and Ivie families and served for years as a boarding house before becoming an antique mall. Shoppers and staff say the second floor, where vintage electronics are displayed, is haunted by the ghost of a girl who turns on old radios with no one touching them, while the third-floor attic is said to be home to the spirit of an old woman.
The 1876 house is now the Nacoochee Village Antique Mall, open daily. Visit as a shopper during store hours.
